I'm trying to select my external drive for backup, but I can't see it in the View tab. How can I find it

If the external drive does not appear immediately, please wait a few moments, or close and reopen SpiderOak. When the program reopens, the external drive should appear. If you still cannot access the external drive, please contact Support.
