For security reasons, it is not possible for SpiderOak staff to change the email address associated with your account. This is to protect you from our employees falling victim to someone impersonating you, or from overzealous officials who might order us to change your contact information for their own purposes. You can easily change this information yourself, however.
In the SpiderOak application on your computer, click on Account - Email - Edit. You will be taken to a secure web page where you can update your email address. Press the Update button when done, and you're all set.
Alternatively, you can log in to your account here. Near the top right corner of the page, select the account tab, then on that page select "Edit account". Change your email address as desired, then press the Update button.
